The first phase of Valencia includes construction of 20 homes, bordered by a brick and iron fence with double entrances that start and end on 51st Street. This secluded subdivision encompasses a three acre lake. The second phase will commence in the spring of 2009 and will include a walk track surrounding the lake, and a community recreation area. This area will have a community pool, hot tub and BBQ picnic area plus a small play area for children.
